The cottage has a non-smoking policy indoors.
Well mannered pets are welcome by prior arrangement.They are not permitted in the bedrooms and must be kept off the furniture.
No more than the stated number may stay at the property.
The hirer will take reasonable care in the use of the property and its' contents including security of the property.
The hirer is responsible for the whole party.
Any damage ,losses or breakages should be reported as soon as they occur.We reserve the right to charge for any repairs,losses or replacements necessitated.
